The hotel was quaint and spotlessly clean. Neat and cheap room with a big bed. - Incredible amazing location, central to downtown. - So close to bus stations, the center, and many restaurants and coffee shops.

The bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned every day to an excellent standard. The staff were very friendly.
The bathroom was in need of updating and breakfast a little limited.

The room were not cleaned. Be careful not as pictured on the website for the decoration of the room! Could be a bad surprise re the comfort and design.I have asked many times for changing a bulb..didn't happen.Found hair in a towel which was supposed to be cleaned.

The hotel offers an incredible and tasty continental breakfast with a variety of choices like bagels, cream cheese, and canned fruit. It is located in a great spot very close to the conference center, cafes, bars, and over 20 restaurants.

The breakfast was savoury and the place was spotlessly clean. The room I had was brand-new and the staff was competent and knowledgeable. And the bed was comfortable. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Place des Arts was reasonable and convenient. Besides, it was near restaurants, coffee shops, and night life, as well as Old Montreal, 747 airport shuttle, and Olympic stadium.

It's a modest but very friendly and cosy hotel with an excellent location.
The bed was not very good. In the room there was only a tiny window with no view. Still it's a good value for the reasonable price.

The staff are nice and kind. I reached the hotel in the rate night, which no open shop. The hotel staff suggest me to use a drinking water machine to fill the water in the bottle for drinking. The room rate is cheap, comparing to other hotel in the same grade. The room is very large.
There is no elevator. The room is a little bit dark and the doors of shower room and toilet cannot be locked. The wireless internet is hardly to access and easily to disconnect.

This place is perfectly located, right in the heart of everything 🌟 It's just a stone's throw away from the vibrant latin quarter, downtown, and a bunch of cool bars and restaurants on Ste. You'll also find the Montreal Courthouse not too far from here, making it convenient to get around and explore the city.

Lobby was nice. Bed was fairly comfortable and great location.
Decor was a bit over the top maybe to mask some of the things that need to be desperately renovated. Rooms were very small and disjointed.

Comportable establishment, friendly stuff. Overall good
You advertise 'breakfast' but in actual fact all i got was two stale slices of bread, lousy jam, melted butter & exceptionally lousy & cold coffee. I think that rich Canada has much more to offer. There was no hot drinks facilities in the room & someone who gets up early is forced to pay $2 for a lousy coffee (at least hot) at the next door restaurant....

The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable. The 'ensuite' was primitive, had it not been late when we arrived we would have looked elsewhere.
Only 4 small tables for 30 giests for breakfast. Breakfast was inadequate - a croissent and 2 slices of bread. On the 3rd day there was no bread. A pot of well used jam on the table. On the Sunday we also had 2 small portions of fruit but had to wait 30 mins to get it.
